All services provided on site at schools and kindergartens are provided at no out of pocket expense. We may request the patients private health card details during this process.
For services requiring payment (at aged care and retirement villages), services must be paid by the patient/carer after treatment has been completed and invoice sent out for payment.
Payment methods available include Electronics Fund Transfer (EFT/Bank Transfer) and Bank Cheques.
If the patient has private health insurance, the invoiced account must be paid in full to us and then after this, any claims can be made by contacting your private health insurer directly.
